Jeanette A. "Jeanne" Morris, 74, of Holton, Kansas, passed away on Tuesday, April 19, 2016. She was born December 14, 1941 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of John and Gladys (Snyder) DeMann.

Jeanne had previously resided in the Los Angeles, California area prior to moving to Holton in 1981. She and her husband were employed in owner / operator trucking.

Jeanne married Frank H. Morris on September 17, 1957 in Los Angles, California. He survives. Other survivors include their daughter, Vicki (Tom) Moore of Kansas City, Kansas, one grandson, Thomas Moore of Kansas City, Kansas and her brother, Mike (Lisa Aviles) DeMann of Long Island, New York.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 25, 2016 at Lakeview Faith Chapel in Holton, Kansas. Private inurnment will take place at a later date.

Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel in Topeka is assisting the family.
