Fred “Pete” Obermeyer, age 88, of Auburn, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at the Nemaha County Hospital in Auburn.

Survivors include his wife Phyllis of Auburn; daughter Ann Obermeyer; sisters-in-law Rita Obermeyer of Auburn, Judy Kimball of Auburn; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. 

A funeral service will be Monday, April 25, 11:00 a.m., at Hemmingsen Funeral Home in Auburn.  Burial will follow in Sheridan Cemetery at Auburn.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Monday.

Memorials are suggested in lieu of flowers to Auburn Volunteer Fire Department or Eli Davidson Missionary Fund.

Services are entrusted to Hemmingsen Funeral Home of Auburn.
