Terry A. King, 50, of St. Joseph, Missouri formerly of Elwood, Kansas died Sunday, June 5, 2016. 

Terry was born on September 22, 1965 in St. Joseph, Missouri to Gene and Carol (Ragsdale) King. He grew up in Elwood, served in the U.S. Navy. Terry attended Hillyard Technical School studying H/C. He went to work for Missouri Western State University and worked in maintenance. 

Terry is survived by his daughter, Hayley King of St. Joseph, Missouri; 

Granddaughter, Kali Waite of St. Joseph, Missouri; 

Parents, Gene and Carol King of Elwood, Kansas; 

Brother, Tim King (Pam) of Elwood, Kansas; 

Sister, Tracy Massey (Mike) of St. Joseph, Missouri; 

Nephews, Jake King and Cody Massey; 

Niece, Korey Massey 

FUNERAL: Thursday, June 9, 2016 – 11:00 A.M. 

At: Elwood United Community Church in Elwood, Kansas 

Burial: Bellemont Cemetery in Wathena, Kansas 

Visitation; family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the funeral (10-11 a.m.) Thursday at the church.
