JoAnn (Hutton) Smith, age 74 of Auburn, NE, passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2016, at the Good Samaritan Society in Auburn. A funeral service for JoAnn Smith will be held Saturday, July 9, 2016, at 10:30 a.m. at the Hall Funeral Chapel in Auburn with Pastor Tom Beutler officiating. Burial will follow the service at the Nemaha Cemetery in Nemaha, Nebraska.

Viewing and visitation is scheduled for Friday, July 8, 2016, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

JoAnn is survived by her daughter Shelly Smith of Tarkio, MO; grandson Branden Smith of Tarkio, MO; brothers: Bob Hutton and his wife Deloris of rural Nemaha, NE; Bill Hutton of Auburn, NE; brother-in-law Herald Smith and his wife Sylvia of San Antonio, TX; sister-in-law Barb Edmonds of Rock Port, MO; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
