Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 21, 2016, at The Stella Community Church in Stella, Nebraska with Pastor Bill Stearns officiating.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m.-8 p.m. on Tuesday, December 20, 2016, at The Wherry Mortuary in Humboldt, Nebraska.  Family will greet friends from 6-8 p.m. at the mortuary.     

Interment will be at the Stella Cemetery.

Memorials contributions may be given to the family’s choice with a later designation.

Dennis is survived by his wife Derinda Lockard of Stella, NE; sons: Dennis Lynn Lockard II (Kalli) of Glenwood, MN; James Lockard of Kansas City, MO; sisters: Dennise (Lonnie) Reimer of Texas; Dennette Wheeler (Rick Gilbertson) of Auburn, NE; a brother Darren Lockard (Wendy Hemmer) of Auburn, NE; an aunt Nellie Lee Lockard of Stella, NE; mother-in-law Daleen (George) Williams of Paola, KS; father-in-law Richard (Jane) Rybolt of Silver Springs, MD; sister-in-law Tammy Denise (Kevin) Christensen of Omaha, NE; brother-in-law Travis McIntosh of Plattsmouth, NE; and many other relatives and friends.
