Bobby Dean "Gallagher" Lindsey, 63, of Horton, Kansas, passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at his home, in Horton, Kansas.

He was born on August 29, 1954 in Taft, California, the son of Jimmie and Alene Fink Lindsey. After High School he graduated from Job Corps auto body and big truck painting in Washington. Bobby worked for Western Sales Testing in Amarillo, Texas and Topeka Metal for over 20 years before going to work for USC in Sabetha, Kansas painting farm equipment until he developed health problems.

He was a member of the Horton First Christian Church where he served as a deacon and helped with the luminaries. He also belonged to the Freedom Friday AA group at the First Christian Church. He was an avid Chief's fan, loved pro wrestling and bowling.

On January 27, 1984 he married Lori Sullivan in Amarillo, Texas. She survives of the home. Other survivors include two daughters, Stormy Marie Boone of Shawnee, Oklahoma and Naomi LeAnn Boone of Ohio; brother, Robert Behrnes of Taft, California; foster brother, David Kimbell of San Antonio, Texas; sister, Sharon Lindsey of Bakersfield, California; foster sister, Gail Rothwell of Roseville, California; sister in law, Diane Lindsey of Bakersfield, California; numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, foster parents, daughter, Rose Ann Lindsey grandson, Mekhi Boone and a brother, George Lindsey.

Memorial services will be at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at the First Christian Church in Horton, Kansas. Inurnment will be at the Prairie Home Cemetery, Topeka, Kansas at a later date. A special message may be sent to the family at www.dishon-maple-
