Charlotte Irene Jones, 74, of Horton, Kansas, passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at the Horton Community Hospital.

She was born on October 15, 1943 in Horton, Kansas the daughter, of John and Marjorie Watson Jones.

Charlotte was a Home Health Nurses Aide.

Survivors include her mother, Marjorie Jones of Hiawatha, Kansas; three sisters, Alice Mullen of Essex, Iowa, Patricia Myers of Denton, Kansas and Delores Shirley of Horton, Kansas; brother, Larry Jones of Hiawatha, Kansas; close friends Margaret and Phillip Wiley of Horton, Kansas; numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at a later date at the Horton Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Topeka Humane Society and may be sent in care of the Dishon-Maple-Chaney Mortuary. A special message may be sent to the family at www.dishon-maple-chaney.com
