V. “Louise” Williams, 68, Atchison, Kansas died Thursday, June 4, 2020 at her residence.

Graveside burial services will be Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at Oak Hill Cemetery with Rev. Paul Kelley officiating. Open viewing will be Thursday and Friday from 9:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. at Arensberg-Pruett Funeral Home. Online condolences may be left at www.arensbergpruett.com.

Louise was born August 29, 1951 in St. Joseph, Missouri the daughter of Eddie Bell and Irene Williams. She attended elementary school in St. Joseph, Missouri and Central High School in St. Joseph, Missouri.

Louise was employed with the Hilton Hotels in Kansas City, Missouri and later with Dairy Queen Restaurant of Atchison and then with Atchison Senior Village in Atchison until her retirement.

Louise enjoyed playing bingo, dominoes, darts and a game of pool in her spare time. She also enjoyed tending her many plants and planting them in her yard, singing, watching television and most importantly spending time with her family and friends. Louise was very well known for her many purchases on QVC home shopping network.

She was an active member of Shiloh Baptist Church of Atchison, Kansas.

Survivors include a son, Darrell Jones, Topeka, KS; three daughters, LaShell (Kirk) Herring, Atchison, KS; Jessica Williams, Atchison, KS; Kenya Sharp, Atchison, KS; three brothers, Eddie Williams, Atchison, KS; Clyde Williams, St. Joseph, MO; and Bruce Williams; two sisters, Frances Hays, Leavenworth, KS; Thelma Williams, Leavenworth, KS; two aunts, Joan Harding, Leavenworth, KS; Bonnie Williams, Temple, TX; seventeen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

Louise is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Lonnetta Williams; brother, Jimmy Williams; grandparents, Homer and Opal Williams.
