Ronald Schwartz, 84, of Falls City, NE, passed away March 20, 2022 at Falls City. He was born July 15, 1937 at Falls City to Henry and Mildred (Faller) Schwartz.

He married Elaine Hinton on August 21, 1961 at Falls City.

Ron was raised in Falls City and graduated from Falls City High School in 1955. Following graduation, he worked for his uncle Merlie Faller, then Hinky Dinky and in 1961 he began working at Armbruster Motor Company, he retired in 2005 and then began working at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home retiring for the second time in 2015. He enjoyed Falls City Tiger Sports, the Kansas City Royals and Chiefs and the Huskers. He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, where he held many church positions, founding member of the Tiger Booster Club, served in the Nebraska National Guard, Company B in Falls City. He and Hank also coached the Falls City Junior Midget Baseball team for a number of years.

Ron is survived by his wife, Elaine of Falls City, son, David and his wife Brenda of Topeka, brother, Hank and his wife Marcia of Falls City, grandchildren, Jacob and Olivia both of Topeka. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Helene Lawrence and a son, Marc Paul in infancy.

His funeral will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at 10:30 AM at Christ Lutheran Church with Reverend Daniel Gifford officiating. Cremation will follow and inurnment will be in Steele Cemetery on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at 10:30 AM.
