Joyce (Judd) Ptomey, 93, formerly of Troy, Kansas passed away Thursday, August 10, 2023.

Joyce was born on March 17, 1930, in Troy, Kansas to Seth H. and Stella (Caton) Judd.

She was presently attending Troy Christian Church.

Joyce worked for John's Market for over 50 years in Troy, Kansas. She was an avid sports fan of all sports, especially KU and the Royals. Most of all her love for her family and friends will never be forgotten.

Joyce married Calvin Ptomey on December 3, 1946, in Hiawatha, Kansas. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Pam Keller, son-in-law, Paul Keller, daughter-in-law, Diana Ptomey and brother, Raymond Judd.

Survivors: son, David Ptomey.

Grandchildren, Craig Ptomey (Tish), Candy McKinley (Ronnie) David Keller (Jo), Doug Keller (Laurie) and Dallas Keller (Andrea) numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Sister, Wilma Williams.

Numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service: 11:00 A.M. Saturday, August 19, 2023.

At the Troy Christian Church, Troy, Kansas.

Visitation: 6-8 Friday evening at the church. Friends may call after 9 A.M. Friday at the Harman-Rohde Funeral Home in Troy, Kansas.

Burial: Mount Olive Cemetery, Troy, Kansas.
