Clayton Butrick, 65 of Falls City, NE, passed away August 12, 2025 at Omaha. He was born February 10, 1960 at Falls City to Thomas and Garneta (Simpson) Butrick

He married April Feighner on May 12, 1979 at Lincoln, NE

Clayton was raised in Falls City and graduated Falls City High School in 1978. After graduation he enlisted in the Nebraska National Guard and was employed for Burlington Railroad at Lincoln, repairing railcars. He moved back to Falls City in 1981 where we worked at Rolfes, Airlanco, Wengers and WASP. He retired in 2013 due to his health. He enjoyed watching Nebraska and Broncos Football and was a prankster. He also hunted deer and mushrooms, was a fisherman and enjoyed looking at Mustangs and motorcyles.

Clayton is survived by his wife, April of Falls City, children, Tara Butrick of Juniata, NE, Jeremy of Falls City, Shane and his wife Samantha of Wahoo, Jesse and his wife Jennifer of Falls City, Bryson of Blue Springs, MO, brothers, Thomas and Doug and his wife Lori all of Falls City, sister, Phyllis Kreutzer and her husband Wayne of Falls City, and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Sondra Stice and Sherry Huppert.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Steele Cemetery with Pastor Fay Ann Blaylock officiating.

Viewing will begin Thursday afternoon and the family will receive friends on Friday, August 15, 2025 from 6-8:00 PM at Dorr and Clark Funeral Home.

In Lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials be made to help offset the cost of funeral services. Memorials may be made to and sent in care of the funeral home at 2303 Harlan St., Falls City, NE 68355.
