Carol Mullins, age 59, of Falls City, died Sunday, June 15, in Falls City.

A funeral service for Carol Mullins will be at 10:30 Tuesday, June 17, at the Dorr and Clark Funeral Home in Falls City. Interment at the Maple Cemetery in Salem.

Family will receive friends at the Dorr and Clark Funeral Home from 7:00 until 8:00 p.m. Monday.

Carol Mullins is survived by her brothers, David (Jeannie) Mullins of Falls City and Jim (Kristi) Mullins of Falls City; sisters Janis Mullins of Omaha, NE, Nancy (Alan) Stander of Madison, AL, and Jeanne Mullins of Austin, TX; and special friend David Hawkins of York, NE.
