( KNZA )-- Brown County District Court Clerk Lela Smith-Middendorf is retiring from government service.
After serving the public for twenty-four years, Smith-Middendorf will retire September 14th.
She says she plans to work part-time in the legal private sector after a few weeks of rest and relaxation.
A successor hasn’t been named yet.
