(KLZA) A special meeting of the Falls City, City Council is scheduled for 5:30 p-m Monday at City Hall.
The only agenda item is action on a blight and substandard study prepared by Marvin Planning. The study was recommended for approval Tuesday by the Falls City Planning Commission.
Included in the area where the study was made is 162 acres of land where Consolidated Grain and Barge is planning to build a large grain handling facility on the south edge of Falls City west of Highway 73.
