(KAIR) -- A 19-year-old Cummings man has pled guilty to multiple charges as part of a plea deal in connection to a November home burglary in Atchison.
Kenneth Gulley III pled to the charges of conspiracy to commit burglary and felony theft Monday in Atchison County District Court.
In exchange, charges of obstruction and criminal damage to property were dismissed.
He was arrested by Atchison Police in January, after two others in connection to the burglary were arrested two months prior, for conspiring to break into a mobile home in the 1900 block of Harper Drive and taking guns, jewelry and financial document worth approximately 85 hundred dollars.
Ryan Roper was sentenced to 21 months in prison and Genard Rambo was sentenced to probation for their roles in the incident.
Sentencing for Gulley will be March 11th.
