(KAIR) --A 26-year-old Atchison man, already facing an electronic solicitation of a child charge, is now facing additional child sex related charges.
Randy Stewart, Junior was charged Friday in Atchison County District Court with an additional count electronic solicitation, as well as one count each of aggravated indecent liberties with a child and aggravated criminal sodomy.
Stewart was arrested February 15th by Atchison Police for allegedly sending text messages of a sexual nature to a 14-year-old girl.
In the new case, he’s alleged to have done the same thing and also to have committed sexual acts with a 15-year-old girl between November 2012 and February 2013.
Stewart will make his next appearance on March 18th.
He remains in Atchison County Jail on 100 thousand dollars bond.
Bond for the new case hasn’t been set.
