(KAIR) -- A 23-year-old Atchison man will head to prison on a forgery charge.
Andrew Tipton was sentenced to 19 months Friday in Atchison County District Court.
He was arrested in mid-February by Atchison Police for forging a check at the Atchison Wal-Mart that belonged to a resident in Brown County.
