Neb. Flags Lowered to Honor Blast Victims

 LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - Nebraska and U.S. flags are being lowered to honor the victims of the bomb blasts at the Boston Marathon.
 
The office of Gov. Dave Heineman says he ordered the flags at state installations to be flown at half-staff, in accordance with a proclamation from President Barack Obama.
 
Flags will be flown at half-staff until sunset on Saturday.
