Leo Moore
( KNZA )-A preliminary hearing is set Wednesday for a 28-year-old Everest man facing drug and weapon charges.
Leo Moore has been charged in Brown County District Court with a felony count of possession of narcotics. He also faces misdemeanor charges of criminal use of a weapon, domestic battery and disorderly conduct.
Moore was arrested last Tuesday after the Brown County Sheriff’s Department responded to a domestic dispute involving a knife.
According to court documents, Moore was allegedly illegally in possession of the pain medication, Percocet.
Moore is currently free on $5,000 bond.
