Second Suspect Arrested in Rural Everest Burglary Case

(KAIR) -- A second suspect has been arrested in the burglary of a rural Everest home.

Twenty-four year old Jessica Mottin of Lancaster was taken into custody by Atchison Police Tuesday on a warrant for the burglary and theft, as well as other district court warrants for failure to appear.

She was booked into the Atchison County Jail.

Mottin is accused of breaking into a residence at 7658 310th Road in late May and taking various electronics, including a laptop and an X-Box.

The other defendant in he case, Kurrie Albright of Atchison , pled guilty to the burglary Monday in Atchison County District Court and is to be sentenced July 15th.
