(KAIR) -- A 26-year-old Atchison man has pleaded guilty to a pair child sex charges involving two different females as part of a plea agreement.
Randy Stewart, Junior entered the plea Monday in Atchison County District Court to one count of aggravated indecent liberties with a child and one count of electronic solicitation with a child.
In exchange for the plea, a second count of electronic solicitation and a charge of aggravated criminal sodomy were dismissed.
Stewart was arrested February 15th by Atchison Police for sending a text message of sexual nature to a 14 year-old girl that day.
He was also charged for engaging in sexual acts with a 15-year-old girl on River Road in Atchison in November 2012.
Sentencing was set for July 29th.
Stewart remains in Atchison County Jail.
