(KTNC) - A proposed building addition will be discussed during a special meeting of the Johnson-Brock Board of Education. The meeting will be held in the new gym at 7:30 Monday evening.
Superintendent Jeff Koehler says the meeting will give school board members – and district patrons – a chance to review an architect’s plans for the addition. (play audio :17)
The board is considering an addition that would add more classroom space, a media center, and office space. Koehler says district patrons have been discussing the plans. (play audio :25)
The meeting agenda includes time to discuss the building plan and time for patrons to address the board.
After the discussion, the board will vote on whether to proceed with Bahr-Vermeer-Haecker Architects and Hausman Construction on building project negotiations.
