(KLZA) A ribbon cutting is scheduled for Wednesday at 10 a-m for Stephanie’s Epic Cakes at 1721 Stone Street in Falls City.
Stephanie Wendlandt participated in, and successfully completed the first Southeast Nebraska Community Action Individual Development Account which allows SENCA to match funds saved by an individual in order to further their education, open a business or buy a home.
Stephanie’s Epic Cakes Opened June 28th. Stephanie and her husband Henry are Falls City natives. She has been selling cupcakes at the farmers market in the spring of 2012.
The business serves cupcakes, cookies, brownies and breakfast desserts daily and offer freshly ground coffee and cuppaccinos.
The public is invited to the Wednesday grand opening and ribbon cutting sponsored by the Falls City Chamber of Commerce and Mains Street Falls City, Inc.
