(KLZA) --A 27-year-old Falls City man is facing charges in two states.
The Richardson County Sheriff's Department arrested Kyle Wissler, of the Falls City area, Monday on a warrant out of the Atchison County, Missouri where he faces charges of 2nd degree burglary, criminal damage to property and misdemeanor theft.
Wissler is currently being held in the Richardson County Jail awaiting further proceedings.
He also is awaiting trial in Richardson County on several felony charges--including burglary, theft by unlawful taking, possession of burglar’s tools, possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person and habitual criminal.
Wissler’s trial on those charges is scheduled to begin September 11th. Louie Ligouri is serving as special prosecutor in this case.
