(KLZA)-- A 34-year-old Falls City man facing two felony charges has entered into a plea agreement.
Timothy Wittwer pleaded guilty this week in Richardson County District Court to a misdemeanor charge of assault in the 3rd degree and was fined $750.
He had originally been charged with terroristic threats and using a firearm to commit a felony.
Wittwer was charged in December of last year after police say he went to a Falls City home and threatened Robert Fisher with a pistol.
