09/05/2013

(KTNC) - The case against a Tecumseh man charged in a theft at a Falls City farm has been bound over to District Court.  Arraignment for 29-year-old Jeremy Kaster is scheduled for September 17.
Kaster is charged with a Class Three felony count of burglary.  Authorities say Kaster was involved in the break-in at the Doug Kirkendall farm east of Falls City on the afternoon of February 18.
Kaster is originally from Tecumseh, but has been living in the Falls City area.  He was arrested in Kansas City on a Richardson County Warrant in May.
