(KNZA)--A Hiawatha man remains jailed in Hamilton County, Kansas, charged with electronic solicitation and indecent solicitation of a child.
According to a press release from the Hamilton County Sheriff's Department, Timothy Davidson was arrested in Hiawatha on August 27th, following the execution of a search warrant at a residence. Assisted by Hiawatha Police, Davidson was taken into custody in connection with an alleged sex crime that happened in Hamilton County.
His arrest followed a two month investigation.
Formal charges were filed in Hamilton County on August 29th, and Davidson remains held on $75,000 bond.
