Reserve Man Pleads Guilty to Weapon & Drug Charges

(KLZA)-- A Reserve, Kansas man facing weapon and drug charges in Richardson County has entered into a plea agreement.

As part of the agreement, 41-year-old Gregory Frederick entered a plea of "guilty" this week in Richardson County District Court to felony charges of possession of a controlled substance and being a prohibited person in possession of a deadly weapon, which was a knife.

In exchange for the plea, a concealed weapons charge was dismissed against Frederick.

Sentencing has been scheduled for October 29th in the case.
