(KLZA)- A jury trial has been set for a Falls City man charged in connection with a burglary earlier this year in Richardson County.
29 year old Jeremy Kaster pleaded “ not guilty” this week in Richardson County District Court to a charge of burglary. A jury trial was scheduled for December 11th.
Kaster is accused of being involved in a break-in at the Doug Kirkendall farm east of Falls City in February.
