(KLZA) 27 year old Joshua Kaster of Falls City appeared in Richardson County Court this week on a felony charge of Operating a Motor Vehicle to Avoid Arrest.
The case was continued to November 18th for a preliminary hearing. Bond was continued in the cast.
Joshua Kaster was arrested October 5th for allegedly attempting to flee when a Richardson County Deputy Sheriff attempted to stop him for driving without headlights shortly before 3 a-m.
