11/08/2013

(KAIR)--Two more men are facing prison time in connection with an ID fraud case at a St. Joseph license office.

According to KQ2-TV, 34 year old Domingo Ajanel-Castro and Hector Juarez Mendoza will spend time in prison for the part they played in a scheme that allegedly provided false identifications and other legal documents to illegal aliens who had traveled to St. Joseph.

Ajanel-Castro, who is resident of Guatemala and was living illegally in St. Joseph, was sentenced to four years in prison with no parole. Mendoza, a citizen of Mexico, but was living legally in the area, was sentenced to three and a half years in prison, also without parole.

More than 100 Missouri licenses were unlawfully issued to illegal aliens as part of this case between 2010 and 2012.
