(KNZA)--The preliminary hearing for a Hiawatha woman accused of aiding and abetting in a identity fraud and telephone harassment case has been pushed back to next year.
The hearing for 22-year-old Amanda Gundersen was continued Wednesday at the request of her court-appointed attorney and rescheduled for January 22nd.
Gunderson was arrested last Friday following an investigation by the Brown County Sheriff’s Department.
She is accused of aiding and abetting 23-year-old Molly Smith, of Troy, who was arrested earlier this month on charges of identity fraud, criminal threat and phone harassment.
Both women remain free on bond.
