(KMZA)--A Goff man, free on parole for a past conviction on drug related charges, is back in jail following the alleged discovery of drugs at his residence.
According to the Nemaha County Sheriff's Department, 37-year-old Robert Humphrey was booked into the Nemaha County Jail on Thursday based on a county warrant for possession of meth with the intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of no drug tax stamp.
The warrant followed a search of Humphrey's Goff residence by Kansas Department of Corrections Parole officers, assisted by the Sheriff's department.
Humphrey remains jailed on bond of $150,000.
He was arrested in October, 2010 on charges related to drug manufacturing and drug paraphenalia, and sentenced on the charges in March, 2011.
