Seneca Man Enters Plea in Solicitation Case

(KMZA)--A Seneca man has pleaded no contest to an amended charge of indecent solicitation of a child.
Samuel Shockey entered the plea to the felony charge Thursday in Nemaha County District Court.
Sentencing was scheduled for February 27th.
Shockey had originally been charged with electronic solicitation of a child.
He was arrested last October following an investigation by the Seneca Police Department.
Shockey bond was modified, and was released Thursday on a $10,000 O.R. bond.
