(KLZA) -- Richardson County Commissioners met with Ed Parr of Restoration & Waterproofing Contractors of Topeka Tuesday to review the Courthouse restoration project.
The Board approved a change order submitted by Restoration & Waterproofing contractors in the amount of $18,683, to repair the mortar between the terra cotta pieces that have deteriorated underneath the prior caulking cover.
Commissioners received updates from Highway Superintendent Scott Huppert and awarded the bid to mow the 3.5 acres of grass at the armory grounds for hay to Robert Olberding for $100.
Joe Miller with Miller-Monroe Insurance requested to meet with Commissioners and the Safety Committee to review the development of a safety manual for Richardson County.
