(KMZA)--A Nemaha County ( Ks ) Commissioner has filed for re-election.
1st District Commissioner Gary Scoby, of Sabetha, filed Monday on the Republican ticket.
Scoby has served on the commission since June 2006.
He is the first candidate to file for 1st District Commissioner, which is the only county office up for election this fall.
Candidates have until noon, June 2nd to file.
