(KNZA)--Area residents will have chances to hear and meet with their state legislators Saturday at events in Hiawatha and Marysville.
The Brown County Farm Bureau Association will host a legislative Coffee and Issues meeting in Hiawatha. The meeting will be at Gus’ Restaurant from 9 to 10 Saturday morning.
Senator Dennis Pyle and Representative Randy Garber will be on hand to discusses current state legislative issues and answer questions.
Also on Saturday, a Legislative Forum will be held in Marysville. The forum at the Marysville City Hall will be at 9:30, with coffee and rolls served beginning at 9.
On hand will be Senator Elaine Bowers and Representative Sharon Schwartz.
The public is invited to both events.
