(KMZA)--Two out of area persons were arrested late last week in Nemaha County in connection with the alleged sale of marijuana.
According to the Nemaha County Sheriff's Department, it happened Friday.
A trooper from the Kansas Highway Patrol made both arrests, with the two taken into custody on charges of distribution of marijuana, unlawful use of communications equipment and no drug tax stamp.
25-year-old Elk Grove resident Rickey Brown, Jr. and 28-year-old Sacramento, California resident Ronette Sutton were both booked into the Nemaha County Jail.
