(KMZA)-- A Dawson, Nebraska man accused of raping a minor child in Nemaha County, Ks has waived his preliminary hearing.
25-year-old Dominic Pagnano Jr. was bound over to Nemaha County District Court Tuesday on the felony charge. Arraignment has been set for April 24th.
Pagnano was arrested last October.
He remains in the Nemaha County Jail on $750,000 bond.
