(KNZA)--The Prairie Hills USD 113 Board of Education took no action on a list of recommended budget reductions during a special meeting Monday evening.
The board meet in executive sessions for more than 3 hours to discuss non-elected personnel.
More than one-million dollars in budget reductions have been recommended by the administrative team that could be implemented by June 30th, 2015. Included is nearly $560,000 recommended staff reductions.
The district is facing a projected more than one-million budget shortfall for the 2015-2016 school year.
