(KNZA)--A Troy man will spend more than 4 years in prison in a Doniphan County child sex case.
47-year-old William Loney was recently sentenced in Doniphan County District Court on a felony charge of aggravated indecent liberties with a child
Loney pleaded “ no contest” to the charge last month. In exchange for the plea, a charge of aggravated criminal sodomy was dismissed.
Loney was convicted of the lewd fondling or touching of a child under the age of 14. Authorities say the crime occurred in the summer of 2012
