Fritz’ Mule Fun Day
circleville, KS, april 26, 2014: The Dillner Family is working to raise funds to construct an enclosed shelter house at the Banner Creek Reservoir, Holton, Kansas, in honor of our patriarch, Fritz Dillner. Our upcoming event is a family friendly day of fun at the Circleville Saddle Club, Circleville, Kansas, on Saturday, April 26, 2014. The gates will open at 9 a.m. with the events starting at 10 a.m.
This event is for mule and donkey enthusiasts/competitors. Horses may participate for exhibition only. Classes will include: trail, poles, diaper race, barrels, bat race, flag, and jump. The age groups for competitors are: 1-6, 7-9, 10-13, 14-18, and over 18. All classes will have 50% pay-out, plus prizes for the overall (excluding the jump) Top Cowboy and Top Cowgirl. The Circleville Saddle Club is located on Highway 79, northwest of Holton, Kansas in Jackson County. The club’s website is www.CirclevilleSaddleClub.com.
Entrance at the gate is free-will donation. Concessions will be available on the grounds.

Breakfast at the Lake – the family will be hosting a hot breakfast at Banner Creek Lake on Memorial Day Monday, May 26th, and Labor Day Monday, September 1st. Campers at the lake and others are invited to come enjoy a hot breakfast after the holiday weekends.

Fritz’ Fabulous Fireworks – the family will be organizing a fireworks stand in Hoyt, Kansas for people to purchase their fireworks for their Fourth of July Celebrations.

Trail Ride & Chuck Wagon Supper – the family will be hosting a trail ride and chuck wagon supper again this year on Saturday, October 11th. Riders and diners are invited to join us.
