(KLZA) -- Spring Clean-up is scheduled for Sunday, April 27th for Mound City residents.
Stuart Disposal and Killin Salvage will set up at the swimming pool parking lot from 1 – 3 p-m that day accepting furniture, televisions, trash, appliances, iron, scrap metal and batteries. The tree dump will be open that day for yard waste.
Lumber, paint, chemicals and trees will not be accepted. Materials will not be accepted from commercial businesses.
Each Mound City household will be allowed to bring one loaded pickup, trailer or vehicle and you will need to unload what you bring.
Proof of Mound City residency or property ownership will be required.
