(KAIR)--A St. Joseph man is recovering from an attack that left him with several stab wounds.
According to KQ2-TV, police report the attack happened just after midnight Friday morning on the 1500 block of south 38th Street.
It is believed that the victim, 34-year-old Justin Colvin was attacked when the suspect, who is known to Colvin, pulled up in a vehicle and started to stab him. He was taken to Heartland Regional Medical Center where he received emergency surgery for his injuries.
Officials are asking anyone with information regarding this case to call the TIPS hotline at 238-TIPS.
