(KTNC) - The Nemaha Natural Resources District has scheduled its annual Watershed of Wonders day camp for June 18 at Iron Horse Trail Lake near DuBois.
The camp, which runs from 9:00 a.m. until about 2:00 p.m., is for southeast Nebraska kids age 10 to 12.
Those who attend the camp will learn about fishing, boating, archery, and other natural resources in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Lunch, beverages, snacks, and a t-shirt are included.
There is no cost to attend the camp, but pre-registration is required and space is limited, so registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration information was distributed through many schools, but those who didn’t receive a form or who may have lost theirs, can contact the Nemaha NRD in Tecumseh at 402-335-3325 or e-mail nnrd@nemahanrd.org.
