(KMZA)--A single-vehicle wreck on a Marshall County road Friday south of Marysville claimed the life of a 12-year-old boy.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department says Canyon Kelly, of Fort Mohave, Arizona, was riding in a pickup in the 500-block of Osage Road that went out of control on a curve and rolled into a ditch.
Kelly was partially ejected and pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the pickup, 17-year-old Chase Salyers, and two other passengers were not hurt.
Marshall County Undersheriff Tim Ackerman says Kelly was in Marysville visiting family on summer vacation.
