(KNZA)--1st District Brown County Commissioner Steve Roberts is being challenged in his bid for re-election.
Hiawatha residents Richard Lehmkuhl and Tom Williams both filed Monday before the deadline to challenge Roberts for the Republican nomination during the August 5th primary election.
The winner of the Republican primary will face no Democratic opposition during the November 4th general election.

The county commission position is the only Brown County office up for election this fall.
