(KLZA) -- Richardson County District Judge Daniel Bryan has scheduled 25-year old Corrina Phroper of Falls City for sentencing on a felony charge of theft by shoplifting for August 19th.
A pre-sentence investigation was ordered after Phroper entered a plea of no contest as part of a plea agreement. Phroper has been convicted of shoplifting twice previously according to court documents.
In this case she was charged with shoplifting at Wolfe’s Printing in Falls City in April.
