(KNZA)--Emergency personnel responded to Banner Creek Reservoir west of Holton Sunday afternoon after receiving a report of a swimmer possibly in distress.
According to a press release from Jackson County Sheriff Tim Morse, the sheriff’s department, Holton Fire Department and Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism responded to the Reservoir around 1 o’clock.
Shortly after 2:30, Morse said the report hadn't been confirmed. He says everyone at the lake has been accounted for and no one is reported missing.
Around 4:30, search crews were given the all clear.
