(KLZA)-- Tuesday was an extremely busy day for the Falls City Police Department. Assistant Chief Jamie Baker reports 19-year old Paul Harmon of Falls City was arrested and two juveniles were issued citations in connection with a break-in, a theft and several reported cases of vandalism.
The first case involved the theft of a child-size, Green Machine 3-wheeler.
The second case was windows being broken out of vehicles owned by R.J. Hamilton at the Falls City Recycling Center. Damage was estimated at $2,000.
A break-in was also reported at the old train depot located on south Stone Street. The inside of the building was vandalized.
The other vandalism occurred at the city ballfields. Baker reported someone had urinated and defecated on a home plate and littered one of the fields with beer cans.
Baker says the investigation into these incidents is ongoing and he expects others to be implicated.
